    • Synopsis
    • Nicola Benyahia is a Welsh woman who converted to Islam after marrying an Algerian man. Her son, Rasheed disappeared in 2015. At the time he was 19
and doing an engineering apprenticeship at a local garage. Ten weeks after he went missing he contacted his mother from Syria where he joined ISIS as a fighter. Within four months of him being there he was killed in the desert.

ISIS MUMS is personal account of a mother of a recruited son, therefore offers a new perspective on the theme that has been populating the news
      nationwide.
