    • Synopsis
    • Lola has an inner storm. She has been married for 15 years and has four children: Cecilia, Alejandro, Belen and Santi. The plan is to give themselves a last chance to make things right and enjoy the summer holidays with the family in Mar del Plata.
When they get to the joyful city, as it is known, the family enjoys the sunny days, the beach, the promenades, shopping, and a visit to the port. As days go by, they join the summer crowd that relishes in consumerism.
But Lola doesn’t look satisfied, behind the joy there is a deep sadness. Ricardo continues as if nothing happened, as if everything were fine. Cecilia is a romantic teenager who gets sick in every family outing. Alejandro observes everything in silence and then has an asthma attack. Belen lives alienated in a fantasy animals’ world. Santi is always trying to reproduce everything his brothers do.
Finally, the family arrives at the house of some old friends, Julio and Graciela, who host them in their beach house in Pinamar. A mysterious, calm and dreamlike place, where meeting the past makes that unsolved matters can no longer be put off.
Lola wants to separate. This trip doesn’t make sense anymore. But Ricardo cannot imagine how to confront this situation, he is afraid for their children. At the same time, something very serious happens: Graciela suddenly dies in the forest and all of them are shocked.
The happy days are gone. It is the end.
      It is a new beginning.
