    • A modern retelling of Jason and the Argonaut. Facing a world intolerable and frustrating to him, 16-year-old Wei Bu weaves his own reality based on Greek myths and impossible trajectories. In his story, he defends his friend by beating up the most violent bully in school: Yu Shuai. Badly wounded, Yu Shuai survives and Wei Bu escapes in panic. Wei Bu runs into his neighbor, Wang Jin, a 60-year-old man recently abandoned by his family, who helps him. The two go on the run from the violent Yu Shuai and Wei Bu’s parents who manage to track them everywhere. Finally Wei Bu walks through the waste land and is returned to the bleak and only reality.
