- Each episode of the ﬂm is a part of the big journey across America by three hosts – Vladimir Pozner, Ivan Urgant and an American author, a journalist and public radio host Brian Kahn.
  Each of them has his own America and his own view on the American reality. Ilf and Petrov’s story of the same name inspired the creator of the ﬂm Vladimir Pozner. But it wasn’t his intention to base his ﬂm on the book. His idea was to follow their footsteps and to show America of the present days the way it is.
