- When Beth and her husband suddenly die in a car crash, Lucy is granted parental guardianship of Beth's two children, 9-year-old Grace, and 1-year-old Jack. Throwing her entire lifestyle out of wack, Lucy must learn responsibility and forgiveness. Gracie teaches Lucy more about God's love than Lucy has ever understood. Meanwhile, Susan, Lucy's estranged mother, decides to fight her for custody of the children.
