- Synopsis
- Santiago del Estero, north of Argentina. Nino, 14 years old, is the target of homophobic attacks in his neighborhood. Seeking to protect him, his family abandons a life in the city and settles in the countryside. In this remote region, Nino finds out about the the Almamula, a mysterious creature who snatches away anyone who has committed an impure sexual act. Nino sees salvation in the creature and decides to lure their attention.
