- Synopsis
- Maria, has been a guerrilla soldier for the past two years, and with just 13 years-old she has to fulfill a mission that’ll change her life: take the commander’s new-born baby across the jungle to a safe town.
  She starts this journey with three other guerrilla-soldiers, Byron (17), Yuldor (12) and her boyfriend Mauricio (28).
  But nobody knows the secret she conceals: she’s pregnant and giving birth is forbidden in the guerrilla. During the mission her secret is discovered so Maria runs away to avoid being forced to abort.
  Through Maria’s eyes we’ll picture the desolate state of Colombia’s armed conflict: towns devastated by massacres, peasants trapped in the cross-fire, parents who’ve lost their families and kids who try to carry a normal childhood.
