- Synopsis
- Dali, a.k.a. Special Agent 86, is on a mission with Raphael, Agent 104, to track down the origins of a new and dangerous drug, Devil’s Breath. Raphael reveals himself to be part of the very criminal organization they are trying to stop. Raphael sabotages the mission shooting Dali and Dali’s wife and leaves them for dead. Only Dali survives. Now Dali, fuelled with a desire for revenge, goes after Raphael. Teaming up with a new team of special agents, including Agent Liu (Liu “Tiger" Chan), Dali follows the trail of Devil’s Breath back to the man who killed his wife.
