- Synopsis
- "Across" explores the profound impact of the pandemic on society, particularly on children, through the perspective of 9-year-old Ela. The story is about the power of imagination and empathy to bring light into dark times.
  Set during the pandemic lockdown, the film centers around Ela, an imaginative and inquisitive young girl. Confined to her room, she spends her days gazing out her window from the 6th floor, observing the world across the street. Ela becomes an unintentional witness to the lives of her neighbors, each dealing with their unique challenges and dilemmas.
  Among her neighbors, Ela's attention is particularly drawn to a new boy her age who has recently moved in with his parents into the apartment across her window. As she watches from her room, Ela begins to witness a family drama unfolding, a silent crisis that has been intensified by the challenges of the pandemic. She's aware of the boy's struggles but feels powerless to intervene.
  As Ela dives into her imagination, she concocts a plan to help the boy and embarks on a journey through her creative mind, manifesting her own reality.
