    • Synopsis
    • Just when Frank Valken has pulled off his last bank heist before settling down with his wife and daughter, a gang of killers steps in and assassinates every witness in the parking lot. Among them is Criminal Judge Veronique Pirotte, there to meet an anonymous informant in hopes of finally solving the "Mad Killers" murders. After thirty years, they seem to be back. She had just reopened the cold case with Police Captain Lucie Tesla and Criminal Brigade Director Dany Bouvy. Valken is arrested and interrogated, but denies any connection to the cold-blooded killings. His only choice: escape and prove his innocence. With the help of a journalist, Tesla discovers suspicious procedural errors and evidence linking to a network within the police itself - including Bouvy, who is increasingly on edge. Tesla risks her life to make contact with Valken and take the case to the Chief Prosecutor, but the corruption and evil she has discovered may stretch higher and deeper into the political system than even she imagined.
