- Synopsis
- On a frigid December night, a fire breaks out in an apartment building. Standing out in the cold, a young man watches as the inhabitants huddle together, plotting and scheming their revenge and airing their grievances towards the man responsible for the blaze. As the firemen battle to contain the fire, the mob of neighbours work themselves into a frenzy, transforming into a pack of ferocious dogs.
