- On 31 March 1995 in Foggia, Franco Marcone, Director of the Office of the Register, was killed by a murderer of unknown identity. Neither the motives nor the organizers of the crime have ever been discovered. In addition to the reconstruction of events known to investigators, this Docu-fiction directed by Mimmo Mongelli with Ivan Franek as the protagonist, analyses the latest clues, a series of mysterious elements that have emerged in recent years. Many of the city’s leading personalities fall under suspicion.
  The dense network of connivance, interests and conspiracy that led to the judiciary’s archiving of the case are now brought to light in this description of a truly alarming scenario.
