    • Synopsis
    • In the heart of Aveyron, a castle wounded by history is gradually regaining its splendor thanks to the commitment of a passionate couple, Mr. and Mrs. Harlin. For over 15 years, they have dedicated their lives to the restoration of the Château de Bournazel, a masterpiece of the French Renaissance.
Through their eyes and those of the craftsmen who sculpt, carve, rebuild, and dream, this documentary is a journey through time: a tribute to the gestures of yesterday, to those who perpetuate them today, and to the memory each stone seems to contain.
More than a construction site, it is a life's work. An act of faith in the idea that heritage is not static, but living; that it can continue to vibrate if we decide to transmit its soul, not through blood, but through the beauty of gesture, patience, and love.
