A teacher arrives at a low-income school in the surroundings of Buenos Aires to serve as a substitute. There he meets Sofía, a 7-year-old girl. The teacher quickly notices that Sofía may be a case of lost talent in that environment and decides to do something so that her intelligence is not spoiled.
