  The film discovers how tango is reborn in the world, from the mythical tango "Trottoirs de Buenos Aires", located in Paris.
  Actor Jean Pierre Noher, Argentinean of French origin, looks for why tango resonates in his personal history.
  His search leads him to investigate the relationship of tango with France, in Gardel's mythical presence and in the discovery of a dream of the intellectual world in exile in the 80's.
