    • Synopsis
    • That dog had quickly grown in an environment filled with the generous love of Grandpa and Grandma. But they both died all too soon, the dog was no longer loved by humans, and she became all alone. She used her strength to survive in the midst of nature, and soon gave birth to puppies.
      Shoji is employed by the Public Health Center. Since his wife passed away, he has done his best to raise his two children. After encountering this solitary mother dog that risks her life to protect her puppies, Shoji makes a decision to save the little creature’s life. She had completely closed her heart towards humans, but was given the name ‘Himawari,’ which means ‘Sunflower’, wishing the mother dog can feel the sunshine again.
