    • Synopsis
    • In rural Uzbekistan, a young woman named Bibicha refuses to speak after her father brutally cuts her long hair as punishment for having secret meetings with a mysterious man in the apricot garden. She comes to live at her grandmother Khanjarmomo's house, where she escapes the persecution of her family.
