- SHORTS TO FEATURES:
  Pitch & Development Session Presented by SODEC & Telefilm Canada, with the Support of Dead North Film Festival & Festival SPASM.
  
  This second edition features five Canadian short filmmakers develop- ing their feature-length adaptations. The selected filmmakers will screen their shorts, and will then have 3 min- utes to pitch their features. A panel of experts will then provide feedback to each project. Projects are in early development, a seeking a producer or co-producer.
