Description
The Association for the Promotion of Enthusiasm for the Moving Image, VFBbB, has made it its business to strengthen the young film scene in Basel. With the Gässli Film Festival, the association organises an annual short film festival, awards prizes to young talents as a non-profit event and invites personalities from the film world to Basel. During the year, events in the Basel Filmhaus and an artist residency carry on the basic idea of the festival and the association's mission.
