Description
Shanghai Film Distribution and Exhibition Association (SFDEA) is under the direct guidance of the Shanghai Municipal Film Administration. Its affiliate, Shanghai Art Film Federation (SAFF), was established in 2013 with a mission to promote and popularize art films. SAFF has built a screening platform for outstanding art films from China and abroad, enabling such films to be part of the regular film-going options of the Shanghai audience.
