Description
An independent film production company based in the Dominican Republic and New York founded in 2017 by Sterlyn Ramírez. Selene Films debut," 15 Horas " won the Signis award for Best Film at the Malaga Film Festival, in addition to other awards in important festivals around the world such as the Marseille Film Festival, the Cambridge Film Festival, Seminci; among others. Their second project, Boca Chica is currently in the post-production stage and is expected to be released in March 2023.
Objective
Promoting the development of Latin-American cinema through quality projects that have a social impact, with strategic alliances that promote cultural diversity, defense of human rights, and gender equity.
