Description
Plainspeak Pictures works with writers and directors who have strong independent voices, collaborating with them to shape and then achieve their visions. Founder Harry Cherniak divides his time between LA, Toronto and East Africa, and is the director of business affairs for Darius Films. He is also the founder of the NGO United in Film and the co-founder of the African Film Festival. He has spent 10 years doing publicity during TIFF, and serves on the board of Canada's Inside Out Film Festival.
