Description
The Ottawa Film Office focuses on the continued development, retention, competitiveness, and enhancement of the city’s film and television industry. It also promotes the region as a preferred industry destination and supports the development and growth of the local industry.
Objective
The Ottawa Film Office attracts film and television production and co-production to the National Capital Region, fosters the growth and development of the local industry, and acts as the lead voice for the region within the screen-based sector. The Ottawa Film Office increases the prominence of Ottawa and the National Capital Region as a full-service production destination and reflects the work of our film, television, and animation creators on screens around the world.
