Description
Oito e Meio Filmes was created in 2018 by the desire of two colleagues from the PUCRS film course, both scholarship holders and coming from public school, with the purpose of making an art, experimental and hybrid cinema. Working on the border between cinema, visual arts and performing arts, the production company is made up of director, editor and actor Fredericco Restori and director, screenwriter and cinematographer Natália Pimentel.
Objective
We believe in the power of art as a form of resistance and as an important agent of change. We want to take our work to the world and show our potential and quality with films that mix visual arts, performing arts and cinema. We are an independent producer full of creativity and aesthetic experiences and we are looking for an opportunity to showcase our work and make partnerships. We are currently looking for partners to produce the feature-length documentary Léo.
