Description
We invest in the development and production of New Zealand feature films such as GUNS AKIMBO, CAPITAL IN THE 21ST CENTURY, COME TO DADDY, SAVAGE and BELLBIRD. We are responsible for administering the New Zealand Screen Production Grants and for certifying official co-productions and international productions. Through the financing and administration of these incentive schemes, the NZ Film Commission has been involved in over 320 film projects including MULAN, AVATAR and THE POWER OF THE DOG.
