Description

Founded in 2007, Nocturnes Productions produces short fiction films ("Halfway There", 2011) and documentaries generally focusing on the history of film: "Code Name Melville" (2008), Pierre Schoendoerffer, the Sentinel of Memory" (2011), "Jean-Luc Godard, Disorder Exposed" (2012), "The Cinematographic Voyage of Gaston Méliès to Tahiti" (2014), "Edgar Morin, Chronicle of a Gaze" (2014), "Gaston Méliès and His Wandering Star Film Company" (2015), "Chaplin in Bali" (2017).

Objective

Nocturnes Productions aims to produce more documentary features about the history of films for the international market, as well as fiction films. Over the last few years, we have co-produced documentaries such as "Gaston Méliès and His Wandering Star Film Company" (2015) and "Chaplin in Bali" (2017) with Singapore and hope to do more co-productions bridging the gap between Europe and Asia. We are also currently developing projects with the USA. As well as a new short film called "Dramonasc".
