Moving Image Middle East (MIME) is a brand new website and newsletter founded and edited by E. Nina Rothe, with original co-founder Mark Adams. MIME focuses on the moving image culture in all its forms and is a one-stop destination for film, television and all artistic developments in Middle Eastern countries.
Objective
As the Middle East changes and new political, as well as economic allegiances are created, the entertainment scene thrives in a region that boasts a young, tech-savvy audience, and burgeoning cultural following. Yet no publication exists that covers every part of this dense landscape.That’s where MIME comes in.
