She advises the DW Akademie Film Department, works as a strategic consultant, content curator, and mentor with transnational organisations, film markets, and festivals, and leads the #DocSafe initiative, advocating for safer working environments in the documentary field. She is currently training to become a certified systemic integrative coach.
