MALTA FILM COMMISSION
Description
The Malta Film Commission is responsible for the promotion, development and support of the audio-visual industry, including the film servicing industry in Malta. Currently filmmakers can benefit up to a maximum cash rebate of 40% on the eligible expenditure Malta spend.
Objective
The Malta Film Commission works progressively towards marketing Malta as a unique and dynamic film location and is constantly in contact with production houses in a number of countries in an effort to highlight Malta's film potential. Investing in the creation of a skilled labour force is also an important priority for the Commission thus providing quality assurance to international productions, to maintain and increase Malta's competitive edge.
