Lumiá Filmes is a production company that focus in documentaries and social issues, based in Rio de Janeiro. It's founded and directed by Ludmila Curi, who has large experience as a local producer, assistant director and researcher for foreing films shooted in Rio's peripheries.

Co-producers and partners for the feature film in development "The Day the Favela Rose"; Co-producers for the feature documentary Candelaria (in development); Sales and Festivals for the film Marias (selected by DocSur 2021, date of completion: January, 2022); Co-producers for the documentary webserie EscutaRio.com.br (first season just released)
