LEWA PRODUCTIONS
Description
LEWA was founded in 2016 in Zagreb, by Tatjana Bozic, an Amsterdam-based director, and Magdalena Petrovic, a Paris-based producer to produce creative documentaries and feature films. We work mostly on international topics and are present in the Croatian, Dutch, and French production environments. Our strength is to help first-time directors to develop their projects and find their own voice, especially in personal documentaries.
Objective
Our current projects “Alice in Mother’s Land” and “People in my House” are supported by the Croatian Audiovisual Centre - HAVC, The City of Amsterdam, The Netherlands Film Fund, Hamburg Film Fund, HBO Max, Autlook filmsales and were selected and pitched at IDFA Forum, Baltic Sea Doc in Riga, Ex Oriente, and East Doc Platform in Prague, DOK Leipzig, Doc Lisboa and Agora in Thessaloniki. We are looking for partners to close the financial gap.
