Description
Kaan Müjdeci’s first feature film SIVAS (2014) premiered at the 71st Venice Film Festival in Competition and was awarded the Special Jury Prize. It was Turkey’s official entry for Best Foreign Language Film at the 2015 Academy Awards. In 2021, he wrote and directed the 7-part short series HAMLET the first and only Turkish project selected for the main competition at Series Mania in Lille. His second feature IGUANA TOKYO, shot in Tokyo and Istanbul, was selected for the Atelier at Cannes. I
