Description
‘ Who Killed Pushkin’ title changed to ‘Death Comes to Pushkin’. Shot mostly during COVID lockdown, final post production was delayed because of Putin’s brutal war in Ukraine. The de-russification of Russian culture in Ukraine is ongoing. Hopefully, our film will shed light not only on Pushkin’s literary talent, but on the events of his life that ended in his death at the age of 37. Subversive poems against the Czars of his time led to 7 years of exile, police surveillance, and censorship.
Objective
