OrthodoxGirl is Jeryl's short screenplay that has won numerous awards for Best Romance, Best Romantic Comedy & Best Short Script. Logline: When Zoey meets Azel sparks--of the spiritual kind--fly. Mariet/Maricara is a spy romance to be shot 80% in Romania & 20% in USA. Logline: Can a star spy girl from the 1980s make a comeback at age 60?
Objective
Meeting at AFM24 with investors & co-producers for OrthodoxGirl (genres: romance, romantic comedy, Jewish) & Mariet/Maricara (genres: spy romance, thriller). I also have a pilot screenplay for a 1/2 hour comedy/drama based on my award-winning series, The Elite 8. It's Sex and the City for its New York City vibe meets This is Us for a story told through time.
