Description

Founded in 2004 by Trevor Macy and Marc D. Evans, Intrepid Pictures is a feature film production and financing company. Intrepid’s mandate is to finance and produce projects in the horror, thriller and action genres, targeting the 12 – 39 year old audience. Intrepid’s most recent theatrical release was the break-out hit "The Strangers", starring Liv Tyler and Scott Speedman (released by Rogue Pictures in June 2008). Intrepid’s upcoming productions include "The Cold Light of Day" written by Scott Wiper and John Petro, with revisions by Richard Price. Summit Entertainment will co-finance and distribute worldwide, Steve Zaillian will Executive Produce, and Mabrouk El Mechri (JCVD) will direct. Upcoming productions also include "The Raven" written by Hannah Shakespeare and Ben Livingston, and to be directed by James McTeigue ("V for Vendetta"," Ninja Assassin"). FilmNation will co-produce and sell international.
