Description
Inner Eye produces and distributes films, music and books by selected creators including Kaberi Chatterjee and Obhi Chatterjee. Past films include its Tagore dance film trilogy - widescreen versions filmed in Santiniketan of the three dance-dramas by Indian Nobel laureate Rabindranath Tagore (Chitrangada, Chandalika and Shyama). It has also produced the animated documentary 'You must be nuts! - The business of dementia'. It is currently exploring immersive, hybrid productions and documentaries.
Objective
To promote the documentary 'The story of Gitanjali', currently in post-production. To complete the documentary 'Growth vs Wellbeing'. To film conversations for The Waterfall, a new podcast series in which Kaberi and Obhi Chatterjee explore sustainability, the arts, wellbeing and technology, as well as 'slow travel'. To explore immersive, hybrid techniques to develop performances related to Rabindranath Tagore and his works.
