Description
The National Institute of Film and Audiovisual (INCAU) is the public institution in charge of designing national policies in the audiovisual sector in Uruguay. Since its foundation in 2008 it has designed its strategy working jointly with the public and private sector, combining direct and indirect domestic and international mechanisms that contribute to the development of cinema culture.
