Description
Porto Iracema das Artes is the arts school of the Ceará State Department of Culture (Secult), managed in partnership with the Dragão do Mar Institute (IDM). Opened on August 29, 2013, for ten years it has been consolidated as the School of artistic training and creation in Brazil. Based in Fortaleza, it has three training areas: Basic Training Program, Technical Courses and Creation Laboratories.
