Description
The Honolulu Film Office is dedicated to the development and growth of the film industry in Hawaii and the island of Oahu. Hawaii's ENHANCED TAX REBATES, are a state tax rebate of 22% of your TOTAL HAWAII SPEND including ALL LABOR (resident and non-resident) and talent with no cap on the talent's salary. Feature films, television, new media and commercials are all acceptable types of productions. Minimum on-island spend is $100,000USD to qualify. Maximum rebate is $17M USD
