Description

Founded in 2021, Gong Cine Argentina was born with the aim of making films with innovative aesthetic ideas and radical ways of production. Its producers are Pablo Piedras and Magdalena Schavelzon. The premises of the production company are: to create a production framework in which aesthetic ideas and radical ways of production are privileged, in order to make films with out-standing directors whose projects are designed to be shot and post-produced in short periods of time; but, at the same time, with the aim of keeping the creative impulse and organicity of the work. In the hope of building a space of resistance for cinema as an artistic form with its own identity, different from other audiovisual proposals in the era of series and cinema formatted by platforms.
