Flood Projects is a collective headed by acclaimed multi-disciplinary filmmaker and artist Amiel Courtin-Wilson.Amiel's documentary films have screened at Sundance (Chasing Buddha, 2000) Cannes (Cicada, 2009) and his first film Hail screened at Venice in 2011 and Ruin won the Special Jury Prize at Venice in 2013. In 2016 Amiel's feature film The Silent Eye was commissioned by the Whitney Museum and Amiel won the National Portrait Gallery Prize for moving image in 2016.
Flood Projects is currently developing a slate of feature films, including five feature documentary projects at various stages of production. Additionally, we are working across a range of moving image installation projects.
