Description
Film Camp was established in 2004. Highlights include Clara (Van Sowerwine, 2004) winning the Palme d’Or Jury Special Mention for short film at Cannes. Film Camp has produced award-winning documentaries murundak – songs of freedom (Rhys Graham and Natasha Gadd, 2011), Words from the City (Rhys Graham and Natasha Gadd, 2007), nominated for five AACTA Awards; Writer’s Guild Award winner The Fibros and the Silvertails (Paul Oliver, 2007); and feature documentary Bastardy (Amiel Courtin-Wilson, 2008) which won the FIFO Special Jury Prize and the FCCA’s Jury Prize. Film Camp has most recently produced Small Mercies (Rhys Graham, 2013), a part of the feature film Tim Winton’s The Turning as well as the debut feature film Galore (Rhys Graham, 2013) which both premiere internationally at Berlinale 2014.
