Documentary Dream Center (DD Center) is a non-profit organization for world documentary. Established in Tokyo, Japan in 2008, DD Center fosters documentary, its makers and audiences through presenting, producing, collaborating, and educating and international exchange. It is headed by Fujioka Asako.
We are producing ODORIKO, Yoichiro Okutani's documentary about strip dancers and looking for interested parties. We are also preparing for the Yamagata Documentary Dojo 2019, a 4-week residency program for documentary filmmakers in Oct - Nov 2019.
