Based in Ivory Coast « COTE OUEST » is an independent global audiovisual company operating essentially in French speaking Africa.The company was founded in 1992 by Bernard Azria, a successful advertising veteran, who pioneered to develop this new sector of activity which had yet to be unfolded in this part of world.COTE OUEST DISTRIBUTION is the Division dedicated to distribution of TV rights.
