Description
New public organization “Contemporary Ukrainian Cinema’ paves the way for the young generation.A team of young cinematographers and media representatives announced the creation of the public organization “Contemporary Ukrainian Cinema” – “CUC”. Organization is created for popularization of contemporary film production in Ukraine and abroad, and also for the search and support of new names in the process of the national filmmaking.
Objective
With this purpose in mind “CUC” carries out selection of the best contemporary Ukrainian films, organizes their demonstrations and meetings with film crews, and has a number of educational initiatives. “CUC” acts as a link between the young author of a film that already has a product and distributors, cinemas, and therefore the mass audience.
