Description
The National Film Board of Venezuela (CNAC) is in charge of managing local film production, formulating policies and implementing activities aimed at promotion, regulation and development of the audio-visual industry in Venezuela. CNAC is the highest official body responsible for the national film activity. The main objective of this institution is to promote and to support Venezuelan film projects through their entire creative and productive process: creation, production, promotion, distribution and exhibition.
Objective
To promote theatrical release of Venezuelan films. To promote participation films abroad. The Venezuela Film Commission is in charge of providing information regarding production facilities, general working conditions and data on permits to shoot in our country.
