Ciclic, the regional agency of Centre-Val de Loire, for the book, the image and the digital culture, implements(operates) a cultural public service arisen from the cooperation between the Region Centre-Val de Loire and the State. Cooperation, research, innovation, support of the professionals and the public, country planning and cultural economy constitute the foundations of the missions and actions which it develops. The artistic creation, the cultural diffusion, the preservation and the distribution of the heritage are so many axes of intervention for the team of the Public Cultural Cooperation Establishment which puts its expertise in the service of all and favors the emergence perms of demanding project. We are a public institution with cultural cooperation called Ciclic. It is the regional agency of the Center-Val de Loire for the book, the image and the digital culture.
