China Lion Film Distribution was founded by its current President & CEO Yanming Jiang in October of 2010, in partnership with Huayi Bros. Media and Bona Film Group, the two largest entertainment conglomerates in China. China Lion has celebrated over eight years of releasing Chinese-language films under Mr. Jiang's oversight throughout Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Ireland. China Lion's library consists of over 80 major films from top Asia-Pacific producers.
We look for top quality, Chinese-star-driven films from the Asia-Pacific region that will appeal to first-language Chinese speakers and Western arthouse and mainstream moviegoers in North America, Australia and New Zealand.
