Description
Canal Brasil is a channel of Globosat, the Pay TV arm of Globo Group in Brazil, founded in 1998. We are constantly innovating and creating programs that highlights Brazilian culture and its various artistic expressions. Films, documentaries, interviews, series, shows, musical programs and comedies make the channel’s line-up one of the most original and diverse on Pay TV. With over 17 million subscribers, Canal Brasil coproduced 255 films in the last 5 years.
Objective
Coproduction of films and TV series (fiction) specially with countries that have audiovisual coproductions agreements with Brazil: Great Britain, Germany, Canada and South American countries.
