Description

Buenos Aires Red Blood (BARS) is the main festival of fantastic and horror films of Latin America. With a solid trajectory of 10 years, the BARS is an exciting space of encounter, exhibition, presentation and projection of the fantastic cinema worldwide. Been born in 2000 as a sample of independent cinema of sort, and from 2004 with the format of competitive festival, Buenos Aires Red Blood is today an appointment forced for the lovers of the cinema and the public eager to make contact with the new tendencies and applied technologies at the cinema and the audio-visual world.

Objective

The Buenos Aires Red Blood Film Festival is already legitimized like an important show window so that distributing and producing they invest in the terror and fantastic films made in Argentina, and offers the possibility that the genre lovers know it and maintain a communion of ideas and work without thinking about the competition. By such reason it is that from this year the Festival has acquired the sale rights of several Films with the purpose to obtain agreements of sales and to make specific future co-productions with different countries.
